Session length and frequency is flexible and based on your treatment needs. I do offer reduced rates if indicated by you or your family’s circumstances.

Please note that I am not in-network with insurance. I would suggest a call to your insurance carrier to inquire about your out-of-network benefits and deductible. I can provide you with documentation to support reimbursement for my service from your insurance carrier.

Payments are accepted in the form of debit/credit card (including HSA and flex spending), cash, or check. Payments are due in full at the time of service.

Here in Minnesota sessions can be pre-empted by weather. In general my office follows Saint Paul Public Schools for weather-related closures but I will contact you in this event to confirm and/or reschedule.

I prefer 24 hours notice in canceling appointments so that I may offer the time to others. I offer two no-show or late-cancel reduced fee incidents ($100) but subsequent attendance issues will result in a full session fee. I reserve the right to offer greater flexibility at my discretion based on your circumstances. Please note that 20 minutes late constitutes a failed appointment.
